By accessing or using Astiva AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Astiva AI is the Competitive Intelligence platform for AI Search and Visibility that monitors and analyzes brand mentions across 10 AI platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Grok, Meta AI, DeepSeek, and Mistral AI.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Analysis: $0, 10 lifetime prompts, 2 platforms, 1 brand. No payment required.
Lite: $29/month (launch $20). 15 prompts, 3 platforms, 1 brand.
Starter: $99/month (launch $69). 25 prompts, 3 platforms, 1 brand.
Growth: $249/month (launch $174). 100 prompts, 5 platforms, 3 brands. GA4 attribution included.
Pro: $499/month (launch $349). 300 prompts, 7 platforms, 5 brands.
Enterprise: Custom pricing, unlimited scale.

4. License Grant

Astiva Technologies Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any laws, transmit harmful code, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to data you input. You grant Astiva a limited license to process that data to provide the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to publish industry reports. No individual user, brand, or prompt is identifiable in those reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTIVA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Brand visibility scores, sentiment analysis, and citation data are derived from third-party AI platform outputs. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. The Service is a monitoring and intelligence tool and does not provide legal, financial, or business advice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, or resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
